The definition of equality according to the Annan Plan.

According to the Annan Plan, the Turkish, Greek and the Common States are of equal status. They are independently structured under their own Constitution, within the limits stipulated by the Constitution and using the powers that remain over from the ones given to the Common State by the Constitution.
