Is acquiring property issues unrestricted in the regime that will be established after the acceptation of the Annan Plan? If not, what are the restrictions?

There is some level of restriction. It is restricted for private and legal persons who have not resided in the Turkish Constituent State for 3 years to acquire property without permission from the competent authorities. (Therefore, those who have resided for 3 years can acquire property freely.)
