Will the decisions of the Property Commission be final?

The decisions by the Property Commission (Ownership Committee) shall only be subject to the supervision of the Immovable Property Court to be established. Those whose lawful right has been affected by the decision of the Property Commission, should petition to the Court within 60 days as of the publication of the decision. The Court shall compose of an equal even number of Turkish and Greek judges and 3 foreign judges.
